The project focuses on affordability and accessibility with the development of a cutting-edge, 5G-enabled ArMAC-based portable and cost-effective Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) device for portable retinal screening to prevent preventable blindness – especially in the underserved areas across the world. This innovative technology is designed to operate seamlessly over 5G networks, allowing for efficient and rapid data transmission. At the core of our device is the patented ArMAC technology, featuring Multi-Axis drive capabilities. The primary screening process is facilitated by our 5G-assisted Automated & Pervasive Devices, which can be operated remotely from any location.
